The Cu Chi tunnels and CaoDai Temple are a must-see destination in Southern Vietnam. It is the legendary about a complex handmade system of over 250 km tunnels where you can find a unique experience and a feel of what underground life in the Vietnam war , the conditions Vietnamese guerrillas lived in, the hardships they faced and the amazing ingenuity employed to maintain survival and fighting. Today the remaining tunnels have been restored and opened as a poignant and fascinating reminder.

The Great Temple or Holy See is the center of the intriguing Cao Dai sect. Cao Dai is a syncretic Vietnamese religious movement that incorporates aspect of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and even Catholicism.

The tour continue to Tay Ninh, a province border to visit The Great Cao Dai Temple holy See, built in 1926, is considered one of the most striking structures in all of Asia, a place of pilgrimage for quite a few South Vietnamese people and for those who are interested in Caodaism – this is a unique religion that you might never expect to encounter. In time for it noontime prayer service, you will enjoy peculiar solemn ceremony accompanied by special religious hymns with followers attired in livery red, yellow, blue and white. Lunch is close to the colorful temple. Return to Saigon in the late afternoon.
